Ben Miknis has spent 10 years helping women over 40 get stronger — first in the gyms he owned, now online with The Revitalized Project. He holds a bachelor's degree in kinesiology and a Precision Nutrition certification. He has worked with more than 500 women over 40.
He does not believe in quick fixes, restriction, or the "just try harder" approach. The women he works with have usually already tried harder — many times. What they haven't had is the right system for the body they have right now.
He got into this work because of his mom — who transformed from struggling with chronic pain, migraines, and rheumatoid arthritis to what Ben calls "Supermom" through diet and exercise. Watching that transformation changed his direction in college from engineering to kinesiology. He opened his first gym right after graduating.
